Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package is picked up a confirmation email and tracking number will be provided. Delivery times are typically 3-5 days. Once your package is in possession of the USPS we are not able to determine an exact delivery date.
Shipping charges are determined by the location and total weight of your order. Please ensure your address is correct as The Fragrance Lodge is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and will direct you to your local post office to file a claim for those concerns.
The Fragrance Lodge only ships within the U.S. at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Fragrance Lodge strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We love our candles, and we hope you do too! In the event you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can refund, exchange, or replace your product. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s).

We do not refund used or damaged products. All return/refund/exchange requests must be received within 14 days of the day you receive your order.
